What do you do when you don't find a related Upsells for your product?
You create one yourself, and add it to your funnel.

I have found not many people do this, creating their own upsell items themselves.

Yet I teach it very often.

When it comes to creating your own product to use as an upsell - a fast way to to this is to purchase related PLR material i.e. videos and /or articles - re-purpose them and then sell the "new" product on.

If you can't find anything create your own, you could use plr to get ideas from or you could see if you can add additional features like a template on how to do things quicker. It all depends on what your product is about but think about your customer and what they would like don't just add an upsell for the sake of making money this way the customer is more likely to buy. Best of luck and i hope you come up with something.

My product will be on website flipping. I used this technique to make good amount of money. I'm planning to provide a service to create the whole website as a upsell. Don't know if its a good idea. But there's nothing wrong with trying, right?

That sounds like a very good upsell! As long as it is priced right for it to be worth your time. Laziness is a huge reason why people buy products so I'm site your upsell will do great. If you sell it right.

Offering the service of creating the websites for your customers seems a natural upsell for a product like this - if you have the time to do it. If not, you could also arrange to outsource it for people.

Using PLR to create upsells is always a great option. You could even create your own PLR websites, then offer to customize them for people. You'll just have to look carefully at what rights you will give people.

Also, you could consider offering downsells or a series of downsells. For example, you could offer a choice of different niche research packs that include keywords and articles to use. There are some resell PLR articles packs you could use as your basis to work from.
