What can I do with this domain?

Hi warriors,

I actually registered this domain name for quite long ago, TOP10CITIES.NET.

Here are some questions which I wish to ask:

1) How many articles I need to post on the domains to generate a good traffic for adsense income?

2) How do I know the value of the domain if I want to sell it?

3) What is a premium domain name?

4) Is TOP10CITIES.NET a good domain name?

I am still new to domain, and selling domains. Hope to get help from you guys.

    It's an ok domain, but being that it contains a number and it's a .net extension.. With these limitations, I would use the website to give rankings to certain cities. Try to find your niche wether it would be based on safety, crime rate, ect.

    Personally I would never use the domain because its not brandable, and with the last few google updates it's becoming obvious that google favors brands.

        To be honest you can do a lot with this domain name....

        Your most profitable option, from what I can imagine, would be to make it a TOP 10 of several different areas (i.e: sports resorts, restaurants, health clubs, take-aways, builders, solicitors etc.) for each city and build it as a brand.

        However, this would take a lot of work and building, and you would need to discover a way of generating a commission pay for each person/service advertised on your site.

        If you up for a challenge, that idea alone could be a millionaire maker for you.


        Though, assuming you may be looking to sell the domain - my own personal opinion on domains: they aren't worth much at all. (Many disagree with me, and many pay a fair price for certain domains, that's their choice, mine differs.) Then I'm assuming you may not be looking to build such an empire.

        With that in mind, you may want to try a different angle, for example: Top 10 cities for.....

        Where your site lists the top 10 cities in each country to find different services and schemes, such as: Martial Arts Clubs, Parkour Gyms, Business Schools, or Scenery!

        The opportunities are near endless...
