I am new in this forum, I've been told this is the place to find real online marketing money makers warriors. I've got one month website, which is generating a traffic range between 15 to 30/day due to the actions I'am taking on daily basis.

What can I do to increase my traffic ? I need a realistic advice, no quick cash solution...

I'm sure you've heard of SEO. Make your site search engine friendly. If you have wordpress, you can download free SEO plugins which help. That's organic traffic. You could use Google Adwords. I can send you a free $100 voucher when you sign up at this site. You can get vouchers anywhere online.
You could use social networking sites.
On facebook and twitter, you could post stuff like "Hey! Check this awesome site out. It does...." and you get the picture. You could get free solo ads like listbonus but it does take time. The best method would be to use paid solo ads like 10dollarsoloads which cost 10 dollars to send out to 1500 people and start getting some clicks. I recently sent out an ad which got 273 clicks and 20+ sign ups. You've just got to post the right things at the right time. Remember that sometimes they may not work and it does take time to work. You haven't succeeded until you've failed.

If you have a website with a lot of content, you can use stumbleupon, and post there a few pages every day. It helped me with my online arcade games website.

Did you succeed with Project Wonderful? To me it has been a complete failure. PW is a very low cost "3rd" tier paid network mainly addressed to comics, humour, music, etc.
If you succeed could you please inform the kind of products you promoted there?

Well, you could try having text and image/logo links to other websites especially websites that host to visitors that may be interested in the kind of products being sold at your site.

In some instances, you can post featured product ads to other websites. This will have a higher rate of being checked-out especially when you put it in a site where the featured product will be interesting. When people take a peek at this featured product, they may be interested and then go to your main site afterwards.

And of course, like physical stores, you can have some sort of signage put up front. You can have your logo displayed on other sites that drive a lot of traffic and may end up diverting some of those traffic to your site.

All of these tactics WILL take time to get back the money you spent on them; however, if you plan, design and implement things well the return will be good and lasting.

Have you tried article marketing? Also video marketing? I find that this is the easiest way to get traffic.

Write articles around your niche and post them on sites like ezine. Make sure you have your website link so people can visit your site.

Same concept with videos. Post them on sites like YouTube.

    Good Luck,

There are tons of information out there for affiliate marketing. I feel I am easily distracted by all the information on the internet and can't concentrate on one method to promote my website. Anyone has the same problem like me? Any advice on how to get over with this problem. Today I happend to go to this website ( AdwitExpress) and don't understand what this website is about. Can someone explain it to me? Do I need this kind of service for my website promotion? So many information, also sooooo confused...

I would second plongmire's post above. In addition I would add "press release" from a professional press release writer. It helps you takes your website to the public through news sites - introduce your offering and helps you get targeted traffic in addition to valuable back links which help with SEO in the long run.

I would recommend using Google Alerts. Set your alerts to the keywords you are targeting as well as your niche. When the alerts pop-up, follow the link and comment with a link back to your website.

Don't mind my bias, but press releases are a great way to generate buzz, particularly for a nascent site with few backlinks and a budding social media presence. If you have a little bit of play money and know your target market damn well, I'd consider limited media buys on Facebook, Google Ads, or better yet an ezine catering to your niche. Don't forget to capture the email addresses of those visitors.

    Hope this helps.

As far as Youtube goes, it's good for getting your name out there, but actual video "ads" don't do that well. Videos that deal with affiliate marketing products or strategies don't usually get a lot of views. If you go the Youtube route, you want your advertising to be subtle.

I liked your post "I need a realistic advice, no quick cash solution..." :-),

Relaistic solution is you need to strategically do your link building , cover all aspects of social networks and you tube , also you have to sit down and decide what will be your monetization methods, own info prd , affilaite s, software creation, kindle books , mobile apps ..

then you need to also decide will this blog be for monetization will be your authority blog which will lead to another place wheere youactually sell you stuff.

In short , think about your blog as a business and plan all the things you need to get it going , once you have the large pixture idea , then go abck to link building and consistent content creation.

The other way is of course have aqueeze pages and drive paid traffic, hich can be again done only when u have good enought contetn in place

    Good luck.

What niche are you targeting? Just blindly asking for traffic will get you nowhere. Traffic is very specific. Traffic that might work for one type of site might completely flop for another site. Post more details regarding your target audience and your niche so people can give you better advice.

Have you thought hard before deciding on keywords or keywords phrases to use in your website?
-Try posting comments on blogs and forums with related niches
-Try guest posting. Guest posting may be more strict when it comes to quality and your blogs may often take longer until they get posted but it has proven highly effective in generating traffic especially for sites that already have an extensive amount of audience.

I advertised on Project Wonderful for a while, and got subscribers, but very slowly - they cost me at least a dollar a subscriber, and none of them ever bought anything to the best of my knowledge.

I'm curious about eBay classified though... does that work by selling them low-priced products?

There are a lot of ideas here. Some methods are good, some not so good.

First, you need to be super clear on your niche, target market and what you're selling. WHO are you trying to sell to? Not every traffic method is equal and traffic sources will be different for different people. Common sense tells you to go where your target market hangs out.

Once you know this, do you know what basic keywords your target audience is typing into Google to find your product or service? If not, find out. Market Samurai, a keyword research software tool, will help you there.

A lot of people may disagree with me, but I say ignore SEO. It's time-consuming and Google is ALWAYS changing the rules. Don't chase that rabbit. Even our own Kim Roach says she doesn't do SEO: https://www.facebook.com/note.php?no...10136189005135

Assuming you're actually looking to sell something, I wouldn't put much stock in traffic sources like StumbledUpon. These kinds of traffic sources are very general. Unless you're selling very low-cost items with mass appeal, they're a waste of time. They are NOT places to get TARGETED traffic.

All of that said, traffic generation is an ongoing effort, not a one-shot thing. It's a combination of MANY things all working together. Three REALLY good sites I've found for help with this are:

      1. Buzz Blogger
      2. Traffic Generation Cafe| BIG Traffic Ideas for Small Marketing Budgets
      3. Nick's Traffic Tricks

Kim also has a traffic product called Traffic Dashboard It's inexpensive and very thorough.

There you are! Just sit down and dig in.

      Hope that helps!

      • Not sure what your current financial situation is, but a few free tactics I've seen from various companies:

        1. Facebook page - add as many people as you can. Market your company and the latest products.
        2. Twitter - do the same. Follow celebrities, your business will seem more credible to the general public and give the "wow" factor.

Back-Links are the key to a successful website after the Penguin update early last year. The more back-links, the more traffic to your website.

Here's a list of Link-Building activities that I use personally:

    1. Content Syndication
    2. Blog Commenting
    3. Sponsoring WordPress Themes
    4. Article Directories
    5. SEO
    6. Video Marketing
    7. Forum Marketing
    8. Web 2.0
    9. Ego-Bait
    10. Interviews
    11. Social Networking
    12. Fiverr Gigs

I have written a massive guide on Back-Linking, you might want to check that out for a more in-depth explanation on the topic.

Hope this helped you! If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I'll be more than happy to answer your questions!

    1. Search Engine optimization. Generate useful content like articles and blogs, through social networking and the development of multimedia. I highly recommended Long tail theory.
    2. Build the backlinks for the website. With backlinks, search engines will directly index the website after finding the links.
    3. There are some companies could increase the web traffic for the users. For example, the KSnipe Submitter. It can automatically submit articles, forum profile, and blogs to the various websites.

Your website needs to be rethought. It is nothing more than a banner farm of affiliate links right now and offers no value to the user.

So, first thing is to figure out what type of content you can offer that is valuable to the user. What is your site all about? Why would a user visit it? What keywords do you want to target? Do you want to be a coupon site, or a review site, or something else? Work on on-site SEO and content creation before you start looking to outside traffic generation methods. Right now you could pump a ton of traffic to that site and get minimal conversions.

    Traffic..???
I guess you mean Targeted Traffic !
Everyone can get traffic to their sites...
but the problem most onliners have...
is converting that traffic into sales !!
So what you really need is Targeted Traffic for what your selling.

Here is where I would initially start...
    - Solo Ads...( get good at this & you may not need anything else )
    - PPV...( cheap & very targeted )

There are a lot more traffic sources out there...
but I would begin with the above first.
