selling on flippa

i was wondering if anyone could help me. i want to try to make and sell websites on flippa for profit. what kind of websites should i make? what can i do to them to make them more valuable?

any other tips? thx!

    Get traffic and revenue to them to make them more valuable. That generally makes them a lot more valuable. Flippa is awash with startups and they just increased their listing price to $29 and their Featured listings price is way high, so I wouldn't bother trying to sell startups on Flippa.

      This. Follow this advice to the tee and you'll become a more successful website seller on flippa. All buyers care about is the traffic and revenue that your site is getting

      This is the best way. Another way is to make the site unique. In other words don't make a site yourself that you give plr or mrr to so that others may own it if you do your site and design are not unique. If you make a site to sell it just once it is unique and unique sites sell for hundreds more than non unique. I have seen unique sites sell for as much as $1200.

        Can you please elaborate the term unique in website. I sound silly that i could not understand but i wanted to hear more about your experience in regarding uniqueness about sites.

    In my experience, websites that are making money typically sell for 8-12x their monthly revenue. It depends on what you want to create.. Adsense sites? Affiliate sites? Sites with their own product? Etc.

    It also depends on how much effort you want to put in. If you just want to create a site, and sell it, and let the owner take over a new site with no traffic or sales... You could probably flip few a week easily.mif you want to build a more proven site as far as traffic and revenue go, it will sell for a lot more.

    In short, i said the exact same thing as the guy above me. Doh!

    Hi, you can sell any kind of website at Flippa. Your website must have one of the following elements:
    - revenue
    - ranking on search engines
    - traffic

    I sold my website about golf learning for USD1000. My website has no revenue but it is on the first page of search engines.

    Hope this would give you a better idea.

    Flip websites on Flippa just need creativity and lucky.
    Flippa has increased their fee, so you should pay more effort to increase your site's value too.
    1. If you want to sell startup site, it is not bad, maybe your site will be sold under $200, but you can do up sell technique (offer more service to your buyer, if he like it, he will pay more for you)
    2. Established site is better to be sold on Flippa, it is like hot cake. Just get some revenue or traffic to your site, and you will get more dollar for your site
    Many techniques to reach them, you can learn for free in this forum.. For example about adsense site, affiliate site, service site, how to make sale by them.. etc

    I also website flipper, I did same with you several times..
