can anyone help with an affiliate programe?

I'm setting up my latest project which involves providing an info product to a certain niche, I have a team of 30 associates/affiliates who will be selling the product on a daily basis for me.
My question is can anyone recommend a good affiliate programme where each affiliate will get their own unique url to their own sales page that will track their sales figures also?
I want to use PayPal as the payment platform as I do a lot of work with them and have a good relationship also. I'm looking for a professional program away from warrior plus, so would really appreciate it if anyone can recommend a good one!
