Great KW and stats?

Hello warriors,

I think I have found a great LOCAL long tailed KW that has great GoogKeyTool stats of

EXACT match "KW" = GMS = 4600 LMS = 4600

Google Search with "KW" = 21,100
Google Search with allintitle:"KW" = 120

It also has another great LTKW that would fit that has

EXACT match "KW" = GMS = 1300 LMS = 1300

Google Search with "KW" = 12,000
Google Search with allintitle:"KW" = 115

Would these be good LTKW's to go after? what I mean is would it be easy or hard to get good rankings in google for the KW's

    Depends on:

    1) Who else is ranking for those keywords.
    2) What advantages they might have over your site (more authority, higher PR, more backlinks, etc)
    3) If they are more "targeted" for the keyword than you are in the domain or other factors. (aka, your longtail keyword is "how to be a superstar" and your website is "clickheretobeasuperstar.com" but another is "howtobeasuperstar.com".

    So the answer is...it depends.

    But if you can get more backlinks and blow your competition out of the water, then go for it.

    Well the exact domain name for all 3 (.com .net .org) are registered but parked however the domains with a dash in between each of the 5 words is available to purchase (KW-KW-KW-KW-KW), and the second one I talked about has the .org and . net available as well as the dash between the 6 KW are available (KW-KW-KW-KW-KW-KW)

    Some of the websites on google pg#1 are BIG and have seen commercials for them on TV for years. Others are not anyone I have seen or know about but that does not mean they are not big IMO.

    As for their PR/BL/auth. I have no clue

    The ones that are big also have affiliate programs that I could earn money through. They are commerce/eCommerce so I might be able to turn the site into a review site and perhaps interview real local people to help them make their decision before buying
