Major Decision for Hosted Shopping Cart Solution

I am in need of major help for a hosted shopping cart solution. I have been researching numerous hosted shopping cart platforms and can't seem to choose the right one that fits my needs.
The thing is we need to insert numerous fields of text within a single product page. So for instance is someone were to add "50" quantity of the same item at one time, we would need "50" three-line text fields on the following page for them to enter the text they would like.
Does anyone know a solution that may be a better fit than what I found so far? I've looked at Volusion, 3D Cart, Big Commerce, Shopify, Magneto, and others but can't seem to find one that fits best.
