Help with Automatic Database Backup

I want to automatically backup my database for my site. I have searched on google but everything seems so difficult and complicated. I do not know any kind coding or programming. Does anyone know where or how to do this?

    Here's a wso for $10 but not automated, so you will pay more for that, this is easy and cheap if you don't have many sites and don't want to put out the money yet for automation. http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ds-do-now.html

    You can also link your Dropbox account directly to your WordPress site. They've developed a plugin that does it for you.

    IF your site uses WordPress, the Plugin WPDBmanager will backup automatically either when you tell it to, or regularly (every week, or whatever you choose). You can edit the SQL file (using Word or whatever) and re-install too, just using that plugin.
