Content Curation: What is the best way for SEO?

I've recently set up accounts on ScoopIt.com for content curation for my various niches.

I've got the curated content box currently at the bottom of the home page, and add new stories about every day or so. Usually I will add my comments to the story I post but not always.

An example is my site at Sprint Triathlon Training for Beginners and Intermediate Triathletes and the one in my signature here Home :: 100 Must Read Business Books ::

Any ideas if this will benefit my SEO, or do I need to do more, or do it differently?

When you're doing content curation, don't worry bout SEO. Content curation is more of a different method of finding traffic.

Once your content hits Reddit, you will know what I mean. :-)

I'm not sure your question is clear.

Are you asking if including your content at Scoop. It -- as part of the curated content -- is a good backlink to your money site/s? If so, it's probably as good as anything.
