Niche Ideas List - Interest?

I have a number of researched niche ideas that I dont have the time to develop.

I was thinking of starting an email list aimed at beginners that would provide them with these ideas 2-3 times per week and how to take action on them. eg basic step by step, domain, website, content etc.

A lot of people dont start anything because they are waiting for the 'perfect' idea to come along. (Which is ironic as I'm asking for feedback on this...)

Any interest in this?

      I think it is a great idea. Perhaps you can research which niches do not have a lot of competition. Problem is that getting ranked number one is not easy. Typically, search engines like big names. However, they will let in a small website on occasion.

    I think email notifications/assignments on a consistent basis is the most effective way to get people to take action.
