Legal notice, Disclaimers, TOS etc advise please

Dear All,

I know there's a thread already mentioned on this topic but I need further advise to understand it clearer.

1. If in creating my own report or website, is it compulsory and need to be mentioned?

2. If it is compulsory, how do I go about getting them?

3. What are the pros, cons and implication in releasing small reports or complete ebooks under Creative Commons license?

Not sure it is the case for other affiliate programs but if you are using Clickbank, the answer is yes. You need to have a Contact Page, Legal Disclaimer and a Privacy Policy.

Generally, for all products I create, I will have those 3. I believe it is good to have but as for whether it is compulsory, that I cannot say for certain.

As for question 3, I am not sure.

How do I get those 3 that you mentioned?

You can make reference to the products that are being sold online. But remember to change them accordingly. Go to Clickbank and look under the category that is relevant to the report you are creating, and pick a few products there. These should be good references to you.
