Anyone else using AIM chat?

Hi I'm fairly new to IM, but I've been learning all I can and reading a ton on here. I just wanted to know if anyone is interested in chatting on Aim. I promise I won't beg for money or promote any products, I just wanted to talk with other Internet marketers and see what their experiences have been and generally just discuss IM. If interested my my info is in the contact box. Cheers!

AIM is not that wildly used anymore as it eats memory like mad. I used to work a lot with AIM in the past.

Move over to Skype, man. AIM is quickly dying. Just like AOL, unfortunately.

        Skype isn't exclusively video chat.

It has text chat capabilities and that is what most people use.

Skype also has audio calls without the video feed too.

I hate Skype. I've used AOL since 1996 (well, I still have my account from 1996 I should say), ICQ since 1997, Yahoo IM since 1999...I feel like a dinosaur all of a sudden so I'll stop there.

You mean the anonymous chat rooms full of old men pretending to be young teenaged girls? LOL!

My original one just turned 15 years old as well. I check it once every 3 months so I can clean the 5K spam messages out of the inbox.
