Google Keyword Tool v Wordtracker

Hi all,

I've been doing some keyword research using both the google
keyword tool and wordtracker and I'm puzzled in regards to
how different the results are between the two.

Which of the two is the more accurate and which would you
recommend ?

Up to now I've just been using google, but since I started to
do a comparison with wordtracker I'm a little confused.

Your help would be appreciated.
