While planning my WSO, it is evident to me that I must outsource. Anyone with experience on this subject please let me know your best outsourcer, and any benefits or difficulties you have encountered. This will greatly assist me in my decision. (wso will be a hybrid video/software) - I am famiiar with Elancer, Odesk, Fiverr, but have not outsourced,,yet.

Thanking you all in advance.

I would say it depends on what you need done. I use different sources for different needs. If you need an ebook cover done, something that is hard to screw up, and that you can always tweak yourself later in photoshop if necessary, then I'd say go to fiverr. If you need an article done, I'd say Odesk. Either way, I would also check out the warrior for hire portion of this forum. This way you know you're not getting some newbie who is trying to make a quick buck selling you a PLR rehash or some template. Either way, I'd say shop around and be sure to ask for samples. Best of luck!

Thanks, I suspect it would be better to keep business n the forum first, then if I cannot find what I need - go to fiverr, odesk etc. I will keep this in mind.

This might help: Warriors For Hire

You can find people selling their services for pretty much anything in that section.

If you are looking for people who are very good on their craft, and also honest VA's, you can always visit OnlineJobs.ph. On my experience, there are lots of great people on the site. They work really hard, and very eager to get it done perfectly. Filipinos are good workers. You can trust them with almost anything. Just be fair enough in terms of the salary.

Overall, just treat them fairly, and you'll get a good output better than expected.

      I second this.

In my experience oDesk provides the best protection to both clients and contractors.

I tried outsourcing to oDesk and all these sites, but the problem always comes up that these "free as a bird lancers" work when they want, and tend to vanish into thin air when you most need them.

That happens when you meet newbies who pose off as "professionals" and this happens also when you are looking for "cheap" service in those sites. So you shouldn't blame the site but blame yourself for choosing that person to do work for you.
