Payment structure Question

Hi All,

First time poster (please be kind heh!). I have a question regarding how I should setup the payment structure for my service. A bit of general information first:

My Business
Without giving too much away, it is a service that I will offer (on a subscription basis for lets say 6 months for now) with recurring payments. Pretty much providing the client with one on one coaching / access to an 'expert' for the length of their subscription.

The Problem

If I have 5 'experts' and therefore want to create 5 expert subscription services - I want to be able to give 50% commission (recurring) to the 'expert'. On top of this the top 2 experts with the most sales I want to be able to bring them in as a partner i.e. split equity / traditional jv contract etc. and give them an additional 5% of all sales (not just their own expert subscription product any sale from the other experts also). So for example if I have 5 'experts' and the top two are Paul and Sam, then Paul would receive 10% of any sales moving forward (regardless of who the 'expert' is), so if he sold another one of his subscriptions then he would receive 50% + 10% commission for that because he is a top earner. I need a way to receive payment of this service, the solution needs to:
  • Have the ability to instantly pay commissions for the recurring payments.
  • I don't care if I have to manually add the 'top earner expert affiliates' to all the products so they get their additional '5%' - that part does not need to be automated.
  • I don't want to do it manually i.e. handle affiliates in Digital Access Pass and then manually mass pay affiliates. This is to reduce the burden of tax i.e. in the example of clickbank they buy the product off of me and deal with the affiliate payments not me.
Research Done
So I have found, clickbank, jvzoo, digiresults, digitalaccesspass, e-junkie. I am currently using digital access pass for my membership / login handling / securing content etc. but i am looking for an affiliate management / payment system. Clickbank looks like it could do what I want, but I am concerned that it only allows 5 traditional JV Contracts for the individual products and vendor account combined - so this will not do. DigiResults looked promising as I could use the 'EquityPartner' feature and manually place the top 2 experts for all other products as receiving the 5% commission - I am in the middle of testing this, but seem to be having issues with needing mass payment enabled on my paypal account (for subscription type products) and an email from paypal confirms that they no longer support this service. Point is, I have done some research and I am working on a solution but I wanted to tap into the vast knowledge in the minds of the people at WarriorForum.

Could you please offer me some suggestions of how I could go about solving this problem / any pointers tips or suggestions or any comment at all would be appreciated.

Hope you are all well.

Tom

by the way - I am not after suggestions on how to deliver my service - simply how to pay affiliates, based on my criteria - i thought i should make that clear.

    Hi Tom,
Did you ever get a resolution to the digiresults/mass payment issue? I've been using DR for a while now, but only for one-off charge products. I'm just about to launch my first recurring item, and hit the same issue.

Nice of them to tell us, eh?

If you speak to the business team and say you want to use it with Digiresults they can activate it even though the other team told me it was discontinued.

I have literally had mine activated today!

You will need a standard business account, and the only people who can activate it are the business team which isn't the number you are given on the contact us page.

Just grab the number of the business page, and hopefully they can sort you out too

      Cheers

      Paul
