I'm Stuck On A Question About My First WSO. Any Suggestions?

Hey guys,

I'm about to launch my first WSO ("Thank you very much" - said in my best Elvis voice )

I am partnering with another Warrior to put this package together.

My question is, how do I set it up so we both get paid? Do I use some script that rotates the PayPal payments?...or what?

I'm at a loss as to how to do this, fairly. We live on opposite sides of the country. We've never met each other in person. I think we are both trust-worthy, but I believe we should take steps to protect each other.

So, I would love to hear what you think would be the best way to proceed.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,

Adam

Thanks, Paul. I'll look into RAP. I have always read good things about it.

It's probably time to get a copy.

      Thanks again,

I to have RAP and it's a great script. Alos has a very active forum to help you and get your questions answered. Once you have the script.

I have to put in my 2 cents about RAP.

It's a fantastic way to set up rotating payments. It's also great for setting up an affiliate program.

What I like the best about Rap is that it is updated regularly. There is absolutely no charge for the updates.

I used to be a Deadhead, but now I'm a Raphead. Incredible!

    (Alright, I'm still a Deadhead...)

Just browsed the sales letter for RAP.. As long as it does what it says on the tin it's an easy no brainer... can't think why I never heard of this till now... does anyone know if RAP will work with other payment processors like Plimus.com? How about Clickbank? It looks like its mainly set up to work with Paypal, but I might be missing something.

      ONLY Paypal. Why?
      1. NO payment processor accepts any form of payment that is not accepted by Paypal (Account balance, All major credit/debit cards, Electronic Funds Transfer)
      2. To pay Instant Commissions, your affiliates MUST have an account with the same payment processor. Most of them will already have a Paypal account. Few of them will have a Plimus, 2CO, 1ShoppingCart, etc. merchant account - and I don't know a quicker way to lose potential affiliates from your sign up page than to tell them that they also have to go get an account somewhere else.
      3. Customers know and recognize the Paypal name. I don't care how many "trust" seals you put on your payment page... if you're not in the IM niche, how many of your customers will recognize/trust the 2CO brand (as compared to Paypal)
Yes, there are countries where people can't get a Paypal account. I sleep better at night knowing that someone else is helping reduce the potential fraud I might otherwise have to deal with.

I hadn't even heard of Plimus, but went and checked it out. LOWEST rate paid by merchant... 4.5%
      for a $7 report? a whopping 15% (that's more like a forced commission than a processing fee)

Paypal's HIGHEST rate is less than half of Plimus' lowest rate.

Clickbank only allows 75% commissions, severely limiting a merchant's options and marketing strategies. For instance, 100% commissons on a cheap report is a great way to generate leads from the lists of your affiliates. How do you do that with Clickbank?

RAP's big thing for me is that it IS focused on PayPal only,
and because of that focus it works incredibly well with it.

When you've been through scores of "do it all with everything"
scripts that often fail to deliver effectively in any one area, that's
a refreshing change (as is Sid's great support and development).

Plus, its open coding architecture and addon-ability mean that
it's also possible to be creative and enhance it for your own particular
        needs as well.

So Kunle, it would be possible to combine the backend into other
systems/processors, if you really needed to (though as someone
who's done just that I have to say it's probably best keeping
        simple things simple! ).

        Best,
        Adam
