Do you agree that Fiverr is not Saturated?

I was trying to sell a quality service on Fiverr which is double of what a top rated member is offering

BUT its of no use

I am not getting any orders....There is too much monopoly on fiverr. Those who started first are permanent workers for fiverr and killing...

Promoting fiverr gigs outside is also tuff as everyone considers it as spam

I am pissed

Are you getting any views on your gigs? Do you have it optimized for Fiverr's search engine? Why are you trying to sell a "quality service" for $5?

Chill warrior! Maybe you need to describe yourself more in Fiverr. At beginning, you may give people an offer. For example, "The first 20 customers that ordered this gig will get 1 free gig". And if you are offering quality service, you don't have to worry about no orders coming in.

Try posting different gigs , i mean the same gig with differnt varations and see what you get out of it, you never know what people search for, look in to the person topping your gig and see what he is doing right, i am sure there is place for every one there , may be it got a little smaller :-)

I've experienced the same luck with Fiverr. Most ideas ARE saturated in my opinion. However, if you can come up with a unique concept it could draw big time.

    Best of luck!

With all due respect, I don't think the Possibility of making money with Fiverr is dead. I have lots of people with outstanding testimonies. My suggestion is to be diversified in posting gigs

      • If the OP is "just4kix" on Fiverr, I can tell him what's wrong: He doesn't have any videos on his gigs.

Videos are shown to increase sales, yet fewer than 10% of gigs have them. Ideally you'd be in the video, but I've done lots of them that are just fancy Animoto slideshows.

    Hi

we used fiver when we were first starting to get one or two articles done, to go along with ours, have to say when we were looking the ratings played a part , think the idea of giving something for free or such will help getting some ratings under your belt and get you noticed more .

    A...

You have to come to the featured section then you can get noticed. There are some tricks like making a lot of gigs, telling people you know to view your gigs. chat with you etc.
if you can run 5 accounts in fiverr the probability can increase in a high rate.

    Don't give up!
Try contact those ordered & give positive review more that twice on the top rated seller Gigs. I don't know is this spam or not.
Otherwise, you can promote your Gigs. I believe, getting at least first order in Fiverr are not hard.
Fill your Gig description with good offers and tag your Gig.

If you're talking about getting in touch with buyers, it can't be done. Too many people spammed Fiverr in the early days and now the only people who can be contacted are sellers.

Quite a few Fiverr threads have been killed in the WF recently, so don't be surprised if this one disappears too.

But certainly there are ways to promote your Fiverr gigs. I think someone created a blog about it.

Fiverr is pretty saturated right now. That's what happens 2 years later when everyone learns about it after the IM community has been using it extensively.

I sell on Fiverr on a daily basis but I am level 2 and have been doing it for nearly a year now so it is a little easier for me to get exposure.

The thing is there are still plenty of unique gigs out there and yet to be created. Yes, if you try to do a backlink, logo, or article writing gig it is saturated. But look at what some people do on Fiverr for money, it's ridiculous!

It depends on what you are offering. It could be that the demand for it, is not as high as you'd hoped.

It's also important to have an accurate title and description.
I always use the fiverr search box, when I'm looking for something as I am sure a lot of people do

I often search for those offering fan signs, and I check every single one of them out, so those that have not thought carefully about the title, means it may not show up in the search, and they won't get my business.

Well, I have also noticed that older members are having more orders but you can get some orders too if you make an attractive offer or describe your skills with more details. You can also try to explain in detail what you are willing to do if someone buy your gig.

I put up a fiverr gig about a month ago, not one order. I think it's saturated and only the people at the top get the orders.

Saturation in Fiverr depends on your gigs... What type of services are you offering? While it is true that the older members gets most orders, you can be quite creative with your offers and freebies as others suggested to get the spotlight.

If you're "Just4Kix" on fiverr, so you're offering a WordPress VA service. If you can provide other VA services like data entry, photo editing, and others, I think it would be better to create a separate gig like "I will be your Virtual Assistant in (time)". And add a video on your gig. Make an "expressed gig". Contact buyers from requested gigs. Always ask for rating/feedback on your delivered gig. Good feedbacks attract more buyers.

    Writing for 5 bucks? Saturated.

    SEO Link packages? Saturated.

Outside of that, I wouldn't really say so. There are some people doing some creative stuff on there. Problem is that people don't want to be creative (as far as IMers go) so they all try to do the same thing.
