If they do, Martin, they're certainly keeping it very well hidden.

A look around their website discloses no information about this at all. And even putting into their "search" box the kind of terms you'd expect to be relevant in this context ("subscription", "recurring", "recurrent" and so on) seems to draw a complete blank.

Asking them directly may be your best bet. And they don't even make that easy, do they? It looks like you actually have to register with them even to be able to ask them a simple question?! Which is very strange, if true - but their online contact form certainly appears to require a PaySpree username, to submit it (funny way to do business?): PaySpree.com Help Desk

PS - having your email address in your sig-file in that clickable form, here, will subject you to all kinds of unsolicited and perhaps unwelcome email from "scraping bots" and other malicious entities and people. You can avoid some of that just by replacing the "@" with "(at)". Warriors will understand, and it will protect you from being spammed to the point at which you'll seriously regret it and want to change your email address - "just saying".

Yes, PaySpree do support subscription based products.

You can submit a support ticket without entering a username. Most people just put 'N/A', 'none' or something else in the username field.

Having the field for username makes dealing with customer support much more efficient, as most of our support is from current members.

Having that red star next to it denoting that it's "required" is pretty off-putting for people who aren't registered, though, Gary, isn't it?

Especially when this information about your supporting subscription-based products is so very well concealed in the first place? You can see that, perhaps?

So it's not actually "required" information at all? Then why is the form telling people that it is?!

Sorry, I'm not trying to be argumentative for the sake of it, Gary, but how on Earth is anyone supposed to know that they can do that?

Would a little "re-design" be helpful, there?
