    Register.com's also been running a $2 special for a while. I've been slowly stocking up from there myself. For the sites that turn a profit, I'll move them to NameCheap next year. The ones that don't, I'll let them expire.

        How legit is this site?
        It is on the top of google advertisements when I search for domain registration. I cannot believe they are this cheap. It is around 3.45 without the code while other places including namecheap is charging 10.69+

      One thing to note is there's a good chance they're going to visit whatever website you put on the domain you host with them, then call you up(multiple times if they don't reach you) to talk about your website and try and upsell you to other products/services they offer. I've never had a registrar do that before so surprised me a little
