How to cloak dynamic link to mask affiliate ID

Does anyone know if it's possible to cloak a dynamic link? For example, my affiliate ID is embedded into some code that makes up a dynamic chart that is linked back to the vendor's site.

It's not just a simple link, for which I can use something like pretty links. Is there a way to work around this or make this work, some how, so I don't have to display my affiliate code, when they click the link?

Any suggestions?

    You can send them to a page on your site that then redirects them to the product page of the vendor. The vendor may take issue with this.

    It is not noticeable to the end user but of course your affiliate id will still be there in the end. All this with some dynamic coding magic.
