FBFist dead?

Hi all,

Does anyone know what has happened to fbfist?

It was working and now it seems the licencing server has died which means that it cant be used. I have tried contacting my reseller and no response as of yet, and the vendor only provides support to the reseller...

Has this product died? Is there an alternative that won't die or cost me an arm and a leg?
