check themeforest.net. they got a ton of themes, youll definitely find one or a few that matches what you need.

As opposed to guessing, I went with hard science and just looked at the source code of the page. It's a WordPress theme called Netfather.

the theme is Netfather by Pro not sure who is selling it or if it is a custom job. However, there are plenty of other themes out there if it is custom that look the same.

1. Toolbox - free
2. INove - free
3. Oxygen - free
4. Magazine - premium

those are the closest themes i found hope it helps.
