Paypal Subscription With Different Amount For Down Payment

It's been some time since I've used Paypal merchant services, and I'm currently trying to set up a subscription that allows for a higher amount to be entered as a down payment and a lower amount as the recurring monthly billing amount. Is this possible? I could have sworn it used to be, but am unable to figure out how to do this now.

Thanks!

    As far as I remember...

Merchant Service | Website payments Standard | Adding Buttons

Subscribe | Then just below the Billing cycle info there should be
a check box that - when checked - should reveal the form fields
    for your trial period.
