Software for an E-Book Cover please

Hi Warriors:

Could you please tell me is there free or not too expensive software you would recommend to design a cool but professional looking cover for an E-Book?

If possible I would like it to have the flexibility where I could use existing content (such as a photo and or text) as well as start from scratch.

Thank you as always!

      Hi A.Zamani:

Thanks for the offer to assist. I was able to have a co-worker take care of the situation for now (before there the post received a reply).

      Have a fantastic day!

Paul Myers had a recommendation in a recent edition of his newletter, you can check it out here (and note- not an affiliate link!):

    ECover Creator

You should definitely check out anything Paul recommends, and if you're not on his list, why not? Join now, NOW, OH OH OH - hum, my Sam Kinison impersonation leaves a lot to be desired eh?

Really -good stuff from Paul. Highly Recommended.

I posted a Warriors Only flash tutorial for this yesterday. You can make your own eBook covers quite easily using PaintDotNet (which is free software) and the tutorials. You can download the tutorials right HERE , if you want to look into it.

You are making this work at home stuff way harder than it is. Ready for some sanity? Clear your head and start over.

    Hi Craig,

Personally I used the following 2 software which can meet your needs:

    1. Photoshop CS2 (which I love but it's quite costly)

    2. Insofta Cover Commander (which is excellent and the price is just right)
You can get more info from the link below:
Insofta Cover Commander - Powerful Virtual Cover Creator
I got the review copy and I must say I love this and use this more than Photoshop for my last 2 projects.
