Where can I find the best opt in email list seller or provider? I am looking for affordability and reliability. I want an email list that is opt in, updated and correct. If possible, one with business opportunity seekers category.

Some email list sellers that I used in the past were full of scam. None of the emails were correct and all bounced.

    There are some good optin list providers but they will cost you more. You never know if a list you buy will always work. I will advise you to but a small sample of list first from broker, then test it and see bounce / bad data rates. if it is above 20% then I will stay away from it. For full list of list brokers, please pm me.

    It's very difficult because you don't know how they got the list, also there are many scammers lurking for chances. You should not buy (if you want to) a big list initially. At first try with an average list.
