How to drive traffic to the free web sites?

I want to make money with Clickbank by using article reviews for promoting products. I don't have enough money to buy domain, hosting hence i use the free web site service weebly to do this. I want to know:
1. How to drive traffic to these free web sites?
2. Do you know what else better service(s) to create free web sites than Weebly?
