Can you recommend any tools to quickly sign up for many social / sharing sites at once?

Since there's a lot of tools like Only Wire which let you submit to many of these bookmarking / social networking websites at once, I wouldn't mind signing up for most or all of the sites supported to get the most out of it.

I have yet to try only wire , though...

I might have to manually sign up for all the ones I'd want to... but just something for it to be less manual I guess.

      Ping.fm no longer exists.

      And I believe with hellotxt.com you still need to sign up for each account, before you can submit to them, which is the OP's original question.
