WP Theme w/ These Characteristics?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm looking for a WP theme. I may have to buy it. Here's what I need:

-Naviagation bar across the top
-Area for "article excerpts" on the home page- I want to display the title of 4 articles and a couple sentences, along with a picture
-Ability to make a beautiful e-mail opt-in box- how did they make this one for example? 8 Parts Of A Successful Website Opt-In Box I use aweber but mine is really not that pretty right now

Let me know of any ideas

In regards to the theme, here are a couple of the better resources for you:

WordPress | ThemeForest

There are plenty of themes to choose from there.

In regards to the optin box, that's usually something you would add in yourself using your autoresponder code or some type of optin box plugin. Very few themes come with optin boxes built in.

You could use any website theme and pickup either Popup Domination or Lead Squeezer a current WSO. This will get your optin form right in peoples faces.

It seems like Thesis is a good one. Do you know if there is an easy way to make what I said on the home page w/ Thesis? Like a bunch of articles excerpts- and then a main article underneath them.

No I'm just wondering in general about thesis's ability to display a home page like this. The sales lion does not appear to be a skin or theme from the page you gave me.

Am I the only one who thinks some things about Thesis are slightly annoying? Some of it's thumbnail features are a bit dated and tend to take extra time to setup. More time than they should IMHO.
