A couple of considerations before I answer your questions about ideas for infographics. They do work wonders - people pay attention, and they share infographics more willingly than ordinary texts.

But: there's currently a real infographic boom, and Google even considers devaluating them.

Over to the ideas now. Here's where you can find your inspirations:

    1. Browse pinterest to see what others are doing. You can even do research in other industries. Believe me, you'll get ideas by just going through the titles, e.g. you see an infographic on how web design evolved over the year and decide to make a furniture retrospective. It's all about finding the content angle.

    2. Search google discussions for your keywords to see what questions people are confronted with. Provide actionable and visualized answers to these questions with your infographics.

    3. Ann Smarty has recently opened an infographics section at myblogguest. Make sure you check it out, as well as Ann's posts on best infographics' experience.
