Help.. Can't Move forward until I figure this out!

I've been wanting to start a blog for a long time where I share my knowledge, case studies and tutorials.

I wanted to get your opinion about naming it "Warrior Classroom". I do a lot of screencast where I'm drawing on a black board. I will be posting about Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and SEO.

I'm not sure if I'm just over analyzing it.. I maybe - and you all may just tell me to go with it.

I was also thinking of naming it "Passive Income Classroom" but I wasn't sure if this one was too long.

Thanks in advance.

Personally, I wouldn't incorporate the word "Warrior" in the URL of an internet marketing-related site without getting the prior permission of the owner of this forum, if only out of respect.

That aside, you probably shouldn't let it hold you back. Just get on with creating the content and chances are a suitable name will soon come to mind.

I think that "passive income classroom" is the better of the two since it is more niche specific. With that said, if you're going to also talk about internet marketing, you should know that not all models are passive (like ghostwriting where you get paid per job or website flipping where you buy existing websites, fix them up, and sell them for a profit).

If you just want to stick to affiliate marketing, why not try "affiliate income classroom"? Also, three words isn't too many. Mine is three words, and people search for it via the search engines all the time. Just go with your gut.

GO back to your marketing basics. How will this be marketed IE how will people find you.
If you plan on SEO then pick a name with good keywords. Also I assume that you will have your domain be the name. If by word of mouth then pick a easy to spell short catchy name.

Think on how on how you will market this classroom and the name will come out.

But since you asked: WarriorClassroom might be too limiting and Passive Income Classroom is not too long.

    Airborne!,

If you really do want to call it Warrior Classroom then do so. Warrior forum does not have exclusive rights to the word Warrior

However although Warrior forum is one pf the largest in the world and a lot of people will get an idea of what your site is about from the url even more people will not make any connection as they will have never heard of warrior forum. I think warrior and i picture swords and spears and aggressive look people sat around learning how best to use their weapons "Stick 'em with the pointy end"

Your url needs to either be a brand or be descriptive so that the maximum number of people will get the gist of your sites overall theme at a glance.

Passive Income Classroom is not bad at all.

I would just go to GoDaddy and see whats available. Just play around with it as GoDaddy will suggest some names for you to.

Another good idea is to use dashes. That's what I did. alternativeenergytoday.com was taken.
So I used alternative-energy-today.com. I think it looks ten times better and easier for your visitors to read.

The best names seems to be the ones you just stumble upon.

    Good luck

For a site about internet marketing, affiliate marketing and SEO?

How would you expect this forum's owner to feel about that?! Do you think it might cross his mind that you're perhaps trying to cash in on his reputation, his hard work, his following and so on?

I could understand it if you wanted to give Samurai training. Not otherwise ...

I would go against a name having waarrior in the url. as

      1) It would not be appreciated by WF owner.
      2) It would strict yourself to the the WF community,

      Thanks,

by including the word warrior you could end up reducing the amount of people that you attract or appeal to because some may not like the warrior forum etc

passive income classroom is a good one

i would stick to a name with wither 2 or 3 words

It sounds great but you can split test it.

I'd definitely go with Passive Income Forum. There are so many "warrior this" and "warrior that" names, that there's little differentiation. In other words, there's the Warrior Forum, and then all those other things with "warrior" in the title on the second tier or below.

No offense intended to anyone, but all the "warrior" names kind of remind me of this scene...
