top 10 niches for membership websites

I'm doing a research to get the top 10 non IM, non forex or dating niches for a membership websites and would like to hear what my fellow warriors think is the best... good enough to invest in.

If you have an example model or website you feel is the ideal model, please share the link

Best = The one to easily attract the largest community of paying members

so far on my list I have

dating
weight loss
Fitness
jobs and resume
Soccer
pets : dog training
golf
Self-Help and or Self Improvement: Motivation, positive thinking
Education/Studying
Cooking/Recipes

    Wood working - from sheds to cabinets and such. It sells itself ... there's a ton of interest and people have no problem plopping down money to learn.

    An added bonus, a lot of the content can be sourced from public domain material.

    Another niche that has paid nicely is the model train niche.

    I do not have a membership site around model trains but it's an expensive hobby and the people that are into model trains are into model trains. Obsession level high. That usually makes for some great cash.

      my husband recently created a product for this niche, but I'm having a hard time trying to market it. I thought about turning it into a membership but we decided to do a monthly coaching for this instead. Still would like to see sales but it's still in the early stages.

        That niche has been saturated for awhile. You'd have to have a really unique angle to get buyers.
