How Do I Offer Other People's Products

I own a site that requires a subscription to join. After signing up, I want members to have access to all forms of e-business products. I want them to be able to view .pdf files of e-books, etc. They can be e-commerce books, SEO books, whatever.

How do I go about getting the e-books, etc. that I want them to be able to view? I want to compile a large collection in one place.

Where can I get the content for free? Do I have to be granted permission?

What other products do you think I could offer?

Thanks!

Steve

Maybe try Kobo eBooks and see if fit your needs. If you have the site up and running, please let me know if you need traffic help.

Yes Steve, you do need permission to give out other folks intellectual property - articles/ebooks/software/graphics/photographs... but you will find some creators are willing to let you give out something in exchange for a link back to their site.

You already know your niche, so I'm sure you can find others there who can do this for you. Have you looked?

    Otherwise you must...

    1. Write it yourself, or code it yourself if it is software, or create your own video instructions.
    2. Hire someone else to write the ebooks, or create the code, or make the videos
    3. Buy PLR and MMR products you can repackage and sell to your members.

Cheap PLR http://www.mrrshop.com/ (I am not an affiliate.)

The potential problem with that is your members may have found (or purchased) the same PLR, and if you didn't totally rewrite it to make it different, you will lose members.

You don't say what niche your are in.

Another place to look is the various article directories, then contact authors in your niche to see what they may have you can sell as an affiliate.

Look at various affiliate networks for products to sell as an affiliate.

Ultimately you get to become a product creator yourself, or pay someone else to do it.

Seriously - you have an idea for a membership site but you have no idea what you want to put inside? Hmmm.....

Search for PLR products. Some are free, some are not but quite affordable.

Read the terms of all the products you distribute or you might get into serious troubles. For example, some products can be given for free but others require to be sold.

Offering "all forms of e-business products" doesn't look like a good idea. Doing it that way you should have to compete with the entire industry ;-) and it's 'difficult' to gain customers that way. In general it's better to start with a very specific product that you know something about, research related material, rewrite the articles to make them your own, promote them to get targeted traffic, etc.

There is a lot of information on this forum about the subject.

    Good luck,

Some product owners would be wiling to allow you to put your product on their site as long as you left the links and such inside the ebook active and underneath each ebook you gave a link to their site (or whatever they wanted).

Won't work for all but it doesn't hurt to ask people.
