Youtube doesn't count views but substract views - Why?

Yesterday I checked my channel and it has 1400 views.Today I check my channel again and it shows 800 views, does anyone know why?I know people still see my clip because clicks of my links still increase.It's weird

    No I did not.I just upload then leave them alone.Views come from search.I didn't do anything but just upload them.It's totally weird

    Did one or more of your videos get deleted? It may be because if it did get deleted then then that much number of views may have been subtracted from your channel views count.

    Just a theory.

    Wow, a lost of 600 views huh? Google it. Haha. Those views will come back. Its part of youtube's security measures and sometimes there are glitches in there. Some people drop down to 10 or so views, but they get them back once the system re-adjusts itself.

      No video got deleted from my channel.The first day it got more than 1k views then the next day it's back to 800 views and now 0 views lol
