How Do You Make Money With Twitter?

Hi friends, I have seen a lot posts recently about how to set up a twitter profile. I have a twitter profile but I'm not sure the best way to use twitter to generate leads and sales for my business? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

      Twitter leads can be converted into sign ups to your list if you set things up right.

      I think this is more useful than just posting links to your blogs and sites.

      I love Twitter, but get the over capacity quite a bit and fear that is not to end anytime soon with it's current rapid growth rate.

      I've been successful in using my DM to bring followers to my Facebook. I have also figured out the trick to getting conversions to a list.

      You really want to add Twitter to the other social sites you are involved in for maximum effect. Be sure to use a background image - otherwise it is wasted advertising space. Taking time to look at the dm's you get - and the ones you send need to be different.

    2. Find a niche

    3. Go to Twellow

    4. Add yourself to the relevant categories

    5. Find relevant categories and add 2k people. You can only add 1k people each day. So it'll take 2 days.

    50% of the people you follow should follow you back.

    I think Twitter is the most overhyped service.

    Ok, 10,000,000 people are following me? Now what? As soon as my lousy promo posting scrolls below their first page - it's worthless.
    As soon as some really interesting post from someone who i follow - scrolled beyond the first page - i dont read it and it' gone.

    I just am not able to squeeze any real value from it without jumping through the hoops and using some extra twitter data mining tools, such as twitter search engines or customized search queries.
    Granted I do get some traffic from twitter - but not it's not like to make me wow.

    By default it's close to being worthless unless having your time wasted steering on your followee's habits, likes, dislikes and lunch menus are of any value to you.

    Does twitter enriched you life?
