My thoughts: Wait and try again later.

Extra tip for the day: Don't include the word "boobs" in any Facebook ad or you'll be turned down immediately, even if the word is "man boobs."

Try a different credit card. It happened to me too - and , using a different card worked in my case. Don't ask me why , it just worked. Chances are it might work in yours too.

Seems to me like your credit card is maxed out and you are not going to be able to use it unless you pay it down.

I would try to use another credit card or even ask your current card issuer bank to raise your limit.

It happened to me about two weeks ago.

I logged out and came back a few hours later and had no problem running my ads.

      Dave

Edited to add: I also used Chrome instead of Firefox when I tried it the second time and it worked fine.

Had this facebook bug too, what I have done is changed my IP with some tool like CryptLoad and then try it again. Also it might be your browser, if you use IE. (try to change even if its chrome or firefox)

    Good luck
