Need Support for new software

INTERNET MARKETING

I purchased Global Traffic Machine And i, am having a hard time getting some support for the software .My question is will the software work on a site that already has content on it or do you have to start out with a fresh clean word press or blogger site. The concept is amazing and i would promote it if i could get these question answered i have been through all the video,s and even set up one of my word press blogs on photography and i can,t get content for it .I,m also a click sure affiliate so i,m in the forum asking if anyone has any info on if i should just use a fresh word press or blogger site.

Hi Neveralone,
I too bought this Software. Everything goes through well till Settings and can save it.
But when I go into Contents and see my Campaign not there. If i hit "Add" then also nothing abd all the features of Contents seen one below the other - but finally no contents comes out. Have req. the support team. But very poor support it seems. If all goes throught the concept is good. But i'm stuck with contents.

  I too bought this program and after viewing the webinar "videos" and doing my homework prior to start, at last I started with my new "ready made campaign... and after 1 month I have not received a solution for a problem with the translation step.
  Their answers are like this:
  
  Maybe is your anti-virus software.
  Maybe is a security problem at the end.
  Maybe is ...
  
  Very poor support team, and I think their team is 2 guys, because the responses are in no less than 2 days.

I will just not put up with poor support, don't care if i paid $10 or $1000 for a product. Why others do is beyond me...

  I think you can add content to existing blogs, as what the program does is to grab some content, translate it to the language that you want and post it to the address of the blog that you choose. But the main purpose of the software is to translate it to other languages, so if your blog is in English I don´t know if you can translate from English to English .
  But that is theory as I can´t past the translation step and no help from support team.
