Today is the start of my IM Career. I have launched my first website which is solely dedicated to making me some money. It is going to be an authority website and as far as I can tell the 'niche' is untapped despite there being a huge amount of people searching each month. Should be fairly easy to break into.

I plan to start with 2 x Blog Posts a week. Each of them incredibly informative. Will try to push Amazon affiliate here and perhaps some Google Adsense mixed up into the fray.

Whilst building up viewers I will begin work on a free eBook to give away to those that sign up to the mailing list. At the same time I will of course create my autoresponder series.

Main goal of getting people onto the mailing list is so that I can sell them further educational products in the future. This includes both physical and digital products. All of these I will have to create myself as the niche is untapped as people do not have the 'knowledge' to do this despite people wishing to learn.

Good plan? Should it work?

Your plan sounds generally good to me, hard to know if it'll be as easy as you think without the actual keywords though

    Congrats on getting started!

      Hi,

Your plan sounds good, especially if you intend to make solid money in the long-term. I've been rubbing elbows with the rich and not so famous for a while now and, to be honest, the most "successful" ones are those with e-commerce websites (they sell their own products) and those running SEO agencies. The disgusting fact is, they all come from money - every single one.

I'd love to hear your journey through this... maybe you can keep a blog telling us how all is going? I'll pray for your success.

I saw you made a mistake. Here is what I think you were meant to say:

Sounds like a good plan Ryan. Now just make sure to follow through with it.

Without action, your plan is just words

Just so you know, you shouldn't put adsense on the same pages that you're doing affiliate marketing on. Adsense drives people away from your page. While you might be getting .30 for an adsense click, you might miss out on a much larger affiliate commission.
