    You have done the easiest part. The most difficult aspect of hiring freelancers is maintaining quality of work over a period of time.

    If you are hiring them for long term projects, you need to give them enough incentives to make sure they continue working with you. It is highly common for freelancers to disappear if they find better work elsewhere.

    While there are a lot of talented people out there, finding them is not easy. It's good to hear you have properly interacted with them before awarding them projects!
