Help! How to build a pics site?

There are quite a few Gallery themes for Wordpress. That would probably be the easiest way to create a site like that.

That said, you'd be looking at most of your images opening up in a light-box format, so you would need to figure out a way to break out of that and display the image on its own Wordpress page.

Another item to note would be host bandwidth. If your site gained a large following you would be stressing a shared server and would need a more reliable, dedicated hosting option.

I used NextGEN Gallery, It looks well. But it have not comment below every single pic. I would like to comment under every pic.

Wordpress is the best choice for such kind of websites. You can also get themes that are written solely for pics websites.

I doubt you can't find the free theme for that you have to buy a premium template. go and check the collection in WordPress gallery I think you can get one there.
