Its came time that I am spending too much time chasing clients around to collect a check every month

I have thought about integrating paypal pro into my site... its looks professional. I would also like ach billing. I found paysimple.com which seems like it could do the trick, just not on site.

What are you all using for billing?

I like paypal. Possibly because I used it for a long time to buy things, before I sold anything online. But it's simple.

I use paypal too, service is good and is preferred by most clients. It is also secured and their support is superb.

Paypal is good, if your customers know how to use it.

Why don't you just alocate a day of the month that your clients must pay? Then collect the checks that day?

I would suggest you use paypal as well. It is a great platform and just about everyone these days has a paypal account. Even if they don't, your clients can still pay with a credit card.

Plus you can offer your clients subscriptions through paypal, so every month they will automatically be billed, so you won't have to worry about not getting paid.
