Launch Jacking still profitable?

I have been doing launch jacking for sometime bt recently have seen that products just fall off on the launch time..

I am good at ranking videos and can rank them pretty fast but youtube is giving very low conversions these days..

Also buyers have either stopped googling or have just become smart to buy through there own links..

Any experiences here to share?

    Yeah, it still works. I've just been noticing that a number of product creators haven't been prepared when stuff is supposed to launch, which is why some of them fail. This is why I wait a day or two to see if the traffic is building before I actually purchase a product to review. It might also have to do with the fact it's summertime right now, and lots of people don't care. I think things when pick back up when everyone starts going back to school and what not.

        You give a review to the WSO creator on his/her thread? Your trying to generate traffic to the particular WSO as an affiliate? Right? This is all new to me. Never herd of this term lol.

          Well you create a website or a new video to rank before a product launches so when the product is launched you can siphon off some traffic.

    I guess I've been launch jacking for a few years now without even knowing it. ; p

    There is so much hype out there with glossy products that no matter what you do if no one is buying, like someone said - summer is slow for most, then you can do all the jacking you want and the conversions won't be worth your time.

      There is big, fast money in launchjacking... but it takes work and it doesn't "run on autopilot". Our group has been doing it for a number of years... its not as easy as it looks, after the technical aspects have been done, then its all about timing and backlinking!!!

      Launchjacking still works and earns incredibly well... IMO, better than it ever has since there are more launches then ever. You hear people say, "If you had to make 5K this month, what would you do?"... my answer would always be launchjacking.

      The problem is that you don't see much "how to" information on forums about it, because it earns so well, no one is willing to give away their methods. There are only a handful of really big players and a couple of dozen "hit and miss" guys out there that have any clue of what they are doing... and of course, a hundred people that just try it out and leave discouraged.

    Launching jacking in the IM niche is still alive and kickin'.

    Here's the best way to do it (and how I used to do it):

    1. Head over to WarriorJV.com
    2. Pick a launch you want to promote
    3. Ask for a review copy
    4. Create an "inside look" review video
    5. Offer a bonus for ordering through your aff link. (Something RELEVANT to what you're promoting, not some lame PLR product)
    5. Post it to YouTube, SEO it for the product name
    6. Rinse and repeat

    Most marketers won't want to go through the trouble of getting a review copy or offering a relevant bonus. So if you go through the effort, you'll get much better conversions.

    Sorry in advance to anyone who's doing this right now (or selling a WSO on this) ;p
