Last 3 broadcast messages 25%+ Open Rate
Haven't touched any of my lists for 4 months because of life just getting in the way.
I decided to let folks know what's going on. I have 3 main lists.
1 is strictly used to drive traffic to a site monitized by adsense. The other 2 are more for selling/affiliate type stuff.
I sent out the following flashy headlines and got 25%+ open rates.
"I'm Alive: New Blog Post"
"New Article Posted"
"Sorry For My Absence"
It's funny, I used to try to figure out the most sophisticated headlines to increase open rates. Maybe, just maybe, actually just giving your list what they want, and letting them know what it is works.
