You may or may not have read this, but I really think you should..

It's a must read for anyone and everyone..

There are MANY, TOO many people not paying attention to these important words


They are there for a reason.. old member, new member or in between... pay attention to those words... I consider being allowed to post in the Warrior Forum a privilege, do you?

There are a few threads and a ton of posts right now around the forum that seem to completely ignore those... obviously some aren't reading.

    Apparently there are 118,627 registered members here, and that's been viewed 6,450 times (two of which were by me ). This would suggest that one or two people still haven't read it yet...

      Ha -- and I've looked at it at least two or three times as well. Makes me wonder the ACTUAL number of Warriors who've read the thread.

    Another element to the problem...

    TOO many people read that thread, and figure that they themselves are the exception to it.

    Of course, they then get upset when they are called on it, or reported.

    118,627 registered members but how many are active?

    Judging from the number of posts per day I would think that the vast majority of members are here to learn from and enjoy what is posted - not to participate in discussions.

    Just as well, really, if 10% of the membership posted each day, where would we find the time to scan through those 12,000 posts per day to find any that interested us?

    Agree...

    I have to admit that I have started reading about forum rules and stickies only when I was in need to resolve a situation (ability to pm another member upon purchasing his WSO)

    I suppose an explanation could be the fact that people joining the forum are coming here for quick solutions / answers to their problems. It takes some time and lots of readings before new members become active and start their participation as contributors... only then they come to observe the need to abide by the rules governing this alliance.

    Just my two cents.
