Please review my email optin squeeze page!

I'm beginning to start building my email list, and have had a squeeze page created to get people to opt-in with their email. I'm a bit of a newbie, and I want to know whether or not I should begin investing money on sending traffic to this squeeze page or not?

Any opinions or suggestions would be massively appreciated!

It looks pretty good but some testimonials and proof would definately make me more likely to hand over my personal details.

        Floating cash? Check.

        Red sports car? Check.

        McMansion? Check.

        "Screen shot of results"? Check.

        Credibility? MIA...

The only missing cliche is the girls in bikinis clinging to some Jersey-Shore wannabe...

        Sorry, but you did ask.

        Edit:

        Annoying exit pop? Check.

I'm not a experienced judge of squeeze pages. However from a consumers standpoint: a video, testimonial or freebie would entice me to give my info out. It look nice, very flashy. If you could bring things up above the fold it would help. Use a pop over form instead.

So what do you think? All those checks mean it's good? Any suggestions other that the bikini girls?

All those checks mean it's good? No.

I almost missed the fake video with the rollover. That might get a few curious souls to fill out the form to see if that's where the video is, but most people will likely think that if your squeeze page doesn't work like it's supposed to, your product won't either.

It's a pretty page, if you like stock photos of floating C-notes, red cars and outsized houses. But the video isn't a video, and there's no other content. And therefore, no reason to opt-in.

I think your designer has some 'splaining to do, Ricky...

Gorgeous squeeze page, but it is missing the social umph-meaning, give the potential opt-in something seductive that he or she wants.

Unfortunately, the consumer of information has been jaded with the flash of "internet millions" pitch.

Insert some downhome actionable goodness into your squeeze to make them want more.

An example, " did you know that just tweaking your XXX will bring more facebook XXX? All you do is, XXXX! There is a whole lot more just on the other side. . ."

    Hope this helps,
