Where is the best place/site to outsource telemarketing and lead generation to?

I'm looking for sites and particular countries to do it for cheap..also as an aside. If I sign up for an MLM business and have someone else make the sales for me do you think that would work?

    I am not sure if you would consider it the best place, but I know Odesk is a choice for many since it is one of the biggest outsourcing sites. Particular countries ranking in oDesk today as I've seen in of othe posts here in WF; I'm sorry I forgot the name of the thread... but he said the current country ranking in oDesk today is; 1.Philippines 2. India 3.USA 4.Bangladesh. I'm just not positively sure if the basis for this is the quality of work and the cheap prices; though I am pretty sure this survey was done as per client's satisfaction to the overall work.

    For MLM sales... I have done some search of different sites including "Craigs List" versions of different countries includes MLM opportunitites. But then come to think of it, if those people can make sales for you, why won't they just try to earn for themselves?... Just my two cents

    Although it is the easy way out, I wouldn't recommend you to do that. Firstly, you don't learn anything. Secondly, It's damn hard to find a good telemarketer who will give their 100% calling prospect for you (if they know it's working, they'll do it themselves).
