What are some good affiliate programs like cb or clicksure? I know about cj, shareasale but looking ones you dont need to be approved you can just select a product and promote it.

    You can sign up for offers directly with the advertiser like, affiliates.psychicslive.com

    There are plenty on cj that you don't need to be approved for - they have everyone set to auto-approve. You just have to apply and see.

    Linkshare has some like this too.

    I think CPA offers generally don't care much about approving you.

    Clickbank and Clicksure are networks -- not affiliate programs. :-) With that said, there are tons of affiliate programs that automatically approve you on the Pepperjam Exchange Network (pepperjamnetwork.com). Make sure to sign up as an affiliate. The minimum payout is only $25 (last I checked) and pays out my check, direct deposit, or Paypal.
