Email Marketing Provider - Need Recommendation

hi guys,

new to the site. hope someone can help me.

I am taking an email list of 80k from one place and I need to import it into an email marketing software that does not require immediate confirmation opt-in like GetResponse does and will just let me mail out.

I'll only need the account for a couple weeks to complete this task and then will continue to use my other autoresponders.

please help ASAP guys, I'd really appreciate any advice on this.
