looking for 'points' program similar to zynga, etc for 'offers' (might be CPA?)

Does anyone know of any 'company' that has something set up whereby you can refer them to an 'offer' (i.e., say sign up for a credit card), and if 'successful', they notify you (obviously by say depositing $5 to your account) -- but then tell you a userid, etc so you can give them 'points'?
Do you know what I am referring to? Zynga uses it heavily in their games -- whereby you can compelte 'surveys' or 'buy stuff' in order to say unlock bonus characters in farmville, etc, etc.
