Want to try FB PPC/Adversiting - Where should I direct my traffic

I'm trying out Affiliate Marketing and i already have a product to promote and already created a website. But website is not quite ready, need to learn how to change a few things. Anyways,I created a FB fanpage for the product and want to use FB PPC. since my website is not ready, and still need to create a squeeze page, where should I direct my traffic from facebook PPC. Or does it only allow you to direct them to your facebook fanpage? The product I'm promoting has it's own website that has a great video promoting their product. Is it a good idea to direct traffic there directly? But this also means I'm not catching their email so I can't sell to them in the future. I want to earn extra money while I'm trying to fix the website. I'm new to all of this so I want to try something that will generate even a little cash. I've promoted to forums, and I generated 1 sale last week from it. Would Solo Ads work too?

when you do ppc you need to direct them to a tested capture page. Solo ads work great too, but again the purpose of your add is to get the prospect to a highly converting capture pg.

Not everyone is going to buy, so you don't want to miss out on the opportunity to build your list.

    Does that answer your question?

Hi I release a product last year on fb ads although its a little outdated in terms of fb ads few new features since then but all principles remain the same PM for this ;-)

I highly suggest for lower ppc costs you send them to fb fan page with a squeeze page built into the landing so your get 2 things a like on fan page + their email to follow up. Once they optin in the thank you page could be where you automatically redirect them to your website where again you presell them to the offer then they should go to sales page or promo.

Ive tested this methods and conversion are way better than sending from fbs direct to offer or just squeeze page then direct to offer.key thing here is doing presells and reviews send them to your own website after getting their emails trust me works like a charm ;-)

    Hope this helps you out

I agree with this approach. CPC is lower when going to the FB page. Also you said there was a video on another site. Can you get that video? If its on Youtube or a similar video sharing site embed it on FB. Add a sign up form and off you go!

Also, sponsored stories are a great way to go on FB rather than just straight FB ads. They actually can show who likes your fanpage to others & it looks more like a FB post rather than an ad. Test it.

Yah , I've thought of that but I still have no idea what app to get to get that done of FB. Any tips? And does it cost a lot? So I would advertise my fb fanpage and when they click my link, it goes to FB fanpage that has build in squeeze page, then when they opt in, i capture their email then redirect them to my website where they see what i sell or free stuff? I hope I got that all..

CPC on Facebook is up 23% across the big territories (US, Canada, UK etc.) so my advice is you not let your clicks go to waste. Send your traffic to a squeeze page. If you need help setting one up in a hurry let me know, I can setup a squeeze page for you. No charge.

Your safest bet to making a healthy profit from FB PPC is to build a list with the traffic.

Actually, you can build a fanpage with that traffic, usually at pennies per click, and ultimately send your members to your squeeze page. Facebook is now frowning at squeeze pages so this may actually be the cheapest and most cost effective route to go.
