So Google Wallet just suspend me...

Hello, guys.
So I'm trying to get into the apps business and I found out that to be a developer in the Android market you have to have a Google Wallet account. (And here I thought, Google was supposed to be open and all?!)

No problem! I made one, and waited for Google to send me some verification. And today, I got an E-Mail that says they cannot verify my information and suspended my account for good.

The problem (I think) is probably because my Bank Account, and naturally Debit Card is from a different country than the one I live in. Perhaps that causes some confusion with the Google people.

Well, no matter. That's that.
Now the question is, is there any way I can publish apps on Google Play without this Google Wallet? Any other suggestion/solution to this?
And can anyone shed me some light on Apple? If the iOS market is just the same? Is there no other big market that just take your eBay account and ask no more?

Just trying to get some input here.
Thanks anyway,

Why not just go down and get a bank account in the country you live in. Get a prepaid debit card and your good.

Well, the country that I live in only do Credit Cards. Even most of that are only good for local off-line transaction, because for some reason most of the people here don't know, and don't care about the potential of Internet.
I mean I'm lucky I was abroad for a long time to know about Debit cards and all...

    So that's a no...

There are plenty of places where it is hard to open a bank account. There are others where it is not hard.

If you are willing to pay taxes in America and jump through the hoops of licensing your US formed Corporation or LLC in your home country, you may be able to open your own American company from your home country and IF your home country has a branch of an American bank, or you can visit the US or another country that has a branch of an American bank, potentially you could open up an account for a US based company and get going that way.

Of course several countries make it inpossible for you to invest "overseas" in this way, so that might not be an option either.

Hmm, so I guess there is no other way out but:

    1. Get to a country where cards are easily produced, and Google Merchant is supported.
    2. Get an Apple product to try and sell those apps at iOS market.
    3. Sell apps offline. Which would mean making promotions for local business.

    No?
Damn. How I wish there is an app market where they take PayPal.
